We reached out to Eric to design our new house located in the wilds of Vermont based on some of his prior work. Eric travelled to the site and met with our builder and left with a high-level view of what we were looking to build. After several iterations where we vacillated between a modern design and a more traditional farmhouse-style, Eric created the perfect design to capture of essence of what we were looking to achieve. Eric created many renderings of what the house would look like situated on the lot and then created the structural plans which we were able to hand-off to our builder (with whom he was in close contact.)
